1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the JayVaraha website and the services provided by JayVaraha, a technology provider based in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, India. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. Our services

JayVaraha provides customized digital solutions for local businesses, including website design and development, business automation, customized CRM development, logo design and branding, Google Business Profile and local SEO assistance, QR stands and QR solutions, free business utility apps, and PayNserve restaurant billing software. The exact scope, timeline and deliverables for any engagement are defined in the quotation or agreement we share with you, which takes priority over these general terms.

3. Quotations and payment

Project-based services are quoted individually based on your requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the quotation: work begins after receipt of the agreed advance; the balance is payable on or before delivery; and quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quotation date. Applicable taxes are charged extra where relevant.

4. PayNserve pricing and free trial

PayNserve restaurant billing software is offered at a standard price of ₹6,999 per year. The introductory price is ₹4,999 for the first subscription. Every subscription includes a one-month free trial plus two additional free months. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise: the free trial is limited to one per business; subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the free period ends; and continued use after the free period constitutes acceptance of the applicable price.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and the content, access and approvals we need to deliver the work. Delays caused by missing inputs may shift delivery timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy of business details (including prices, menus and contact information) that we publish or configure on your behalf.

6. Websites and content ownership

On full payment, you own the final website design and content created for your business. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party elements used in delivery (such as fonts, stock images or plugins) remain governed by their own licences.

7. Intellectual property

JayVaraha retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries and the PayNserve software itself. You receive a non-exclusive right to use these as part of the delivered solution. You may not resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer PayNserve or our internal tools.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services or website to host or distribute unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

9. No guaranteed search rankings

Our website, local SEO and Google Business Profile services are built on sound technical and content practices. Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control (competition, content, backlinks, Google's algorithms). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or leads.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JayVaraha's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Free tools

Our free business tools (such as the employee attendance manager and invoice generator) are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for verifying output before relying on it for business, tax or legal purposes.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to your use of the website and services.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana.
